Shipping
We offer free delivery of our products throughout India. Depending on the location, the product is delivered within 3 to 6 working days. Shipment time is accounted from the time of the payment received for the order. For safe and timely delivery of the orders placed with us, we have tie-ups with some of the most reliable and reputed transport companies. They cover almost every area across the Country. In case they are not able to reach your location, due to unavoidable reasons, we would promptly contact you to find a way to get your product delivered to you
Exchange
WZAYA allows product exchange for the same or above the amount of the purchased order. We help you pick the perfect shoe size by following universally prevalent size standards by offering size chart. If you would still like to exchange your pair for a different size or pair, please inform us within 72 hours from the time of the product delivery. The product should reach us in its original shape and packaging. Your exchange request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used.
PLs note, Exchange will not happen on Sale products (Which will be tagged in festive sales or Event Sales) if Size is available for the product was earlier purchased only then exchange can happen

Exchange Rs 30 for one-time reverse Exchange
Refund Will be procces within 10 working days once product is delivered back and to us and it has to be in same condition when recived at our warehouse only then refund will be processed
Return If product is returned to us for whichever reason then 70rs for Logistic charges will be charged.
