At WZAYA, Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged products or size exchanges. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you return a product for an exchange, you may choose another product from our website or receive the correct size as per your request. However, no monetary refund will be issued.
Exchange Policy
At WZAYA, we offer product exchanges for the same or higher value as your original purchase. We follow internationally recognized size standards and provide a detailed size chart to help you select the perfect fit. However, if you wish to exchange your pair for a different size or style, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for an exchange: The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Exchanges are not applicable on Sale or Festive/Event Sale products unless the same product and size are available in stock. Please note: Exchange requests will not be accepted for items that are worn, torn, or damaged after delivery.
