Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At WZAYA, your satisfaction is our priority. If your footwear doesn't fit as expected or you'd like to exchange it for a different size or style, we're happy to help.

You can request an exchange or return within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing us at Support@wzaya.com.

To qualify for an exchange or return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• You may exchange the product for the same value or a higher value. If you choose a higher-priced product, you only need to pay the price difference.
• Exchange or return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Refund Policy:

If you choose to return your product instead of exchanging it, we will refund the full amount once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, provided it is in its original, unused condition.
